Mr. Otter Creek is a young male (we assume) river otter that we first met when he was a few weeks old and his parents brought him and his sibling out to swim and fish. we would often have the Creek family of four come to our banks and fish in the creek. As Otter and his sibling got older, they left their mother’s den and set out on their own. Otter stayed near the creek and pig pond while his sibling moved further down river. They can be seen playing and fishing together on occasions. Otter quickly realized the little pig pond was full of crawdads and shrimp. He can be seen at least once a week fishing in the pond and eating his fill of crawdads, shrimp and fish. Once he eats all he can catch, he will climb out of the pond, roll in the soft sand and nap.
You can adopt Otter Creek and your donations will go towards maintaining a clean and safe environment here at the River.
